I Believe in Hunting and Fishing by Tim Herron

I believe in hunting and fishing. I believe that we should hunt and fish for a variety of other reasons. One reason we hunt and fish is that it helps control the wild life population. We are really helping out the wild life from diseases that could kill out all of the herd or flock. Hunters and fishermen, in a sense, are helping keep the population up! By helping stabilize the population, we will have wild life to enjoy in the future.

When you fish it helps you to relax from your daily life of chaos and the stress of your job or other things that are going on in your life. Besides, you really do not have to be catching fish or seeing anything when you our hunting to enjoy this sport. What makes me happy is just watching the sun come up and also watching the sun set. Both experiences are nice and relaxing. Another thing that is relaxing is listing to the birds sing and talk to each other. I also believe in just being in the great out doors. You can clear your head and just think and relax. When you're fishing, you do not have to keep the fish you caught. You can release them back in to the wild and maybe try and catch that same fish again.

I believe in hunting and fishing teaches ethics. Hunters and fishermen should go by the rules. If you're going to go hunting, make sure that you get a good shot on the animal, so that the animal dose not suffer in pain. I also believe if you go hunting, do not just go out and shoot the game for fun. You can use the meat on the animal. If you are not going to eat the fish you catch, you should release the fish back in to the water, so it can reproduce. If it is to small, it has the chance to grow bigger.

I also believe that if you are going to hunt and fish you should follow the laws of hunting and fishing. Follow the size limit of the fish that you can catch, because if you catch too small of a fish, you will not give the fish a chance to reproduce. By following the rules fish has the chance to get bigger. When you are hunting, you should not road hunt, because that is not fair to the wildlife You are not giving them the fair chance to get away from you. When you are pheasant hunting, you might miss so the bird, so it can get away with out problems.

I believe that you make sure that you know that you can make the shot before you take it. And that You should practice before you go out into the field. You also need to know how your gun works. I also believe that you should not use some one else's gun, because you do not know how it shoots and how it works. I also believe that you should not use some one else's license to hunt, because it is not fair to other people who want a permit. I also realize many people that own their own land think that they do not need a license to hunt on their own property But that is not true, because every one is suppose to have a license to hunt any type of game! And another thing I believe is that we should have the correct license with a habitat stamp and water foul stamp on our license. I believe in hunting and fishing. It offers many aspects of recreation and allows individuals to escape from their pressures of life. I encourage everyone to spend a day hunting or fishing. You'll be relaxed, refreshed and have a new out look on life. I believe in hunting and fishing-try it , you'll like it.
