I Believe in Exercise by Joey Birkel

When you think about being healthy what comes to mind? Most of you will say eating. That is only one fourth of what is needed to be healthy. The main thing to do to stay in shape and be healthy is exercise. I'm going to be sharing with you why I like to exercise, where you can exercise and the benefits of exercise.

I like to exercise because it's fun to set goals and reach them with a little motivation from others and myself. When I'm working out I feel like nothing can or will take away the highness of being healthy. It makes me mentally prepared as well by sending blood through my body and keeping me going.

You can exercise anywhere you would like to. From exercising in the gym, at home, or even at school! When you exercise at school all you have to do is when you are sitting in your chair, put your book on your legs and do seated calf raises. It burns but it's good in the long run.

Exercise will benefit you with stamina, weight loss, muscle growth and increase blood flow which in return helps support memory and promote learning abilities. When you combine exercise and healthy eating habits you can get to that healthy you that you have always wanted. That's why I do it.

So when I think to myself about something I strongly believe in and dedicate myself to doing for the future I never leave the mindset of I believe in exercise !
