I Believe in Music! by Niki Janousek

I believe in music. I believe every song has a powerful story behind it. In every song there is a different story to be told and many different ways to be expressed. Music can be beautiful and some music can make you get very emotional. Music can affect our lives in many different ways, like the way we walk, talk, dress, and even the people we hang around with! No matter what music you listen to, make sure you will always be yourself and no one else. All that you can be is yourself.

My favorite type of music would have to be rap; I would have to say that my favorite rapper is by far Lil Wayne. But I can't name just one favorite song by him because I like to many of them to name them all. One of the songs that I happen to like is Knockout I got into this type of music when I was little I use to sit around with my older brother and just listen to the music he was listening to, and I've been listening to rap ever since, but in a about 7th and 8th grade I got into the more rock type of music just because that's what my friends were into. So now I listen to both types of music and I'm glad I do, because some days I'm in a good mood and I just want to listen to some bass bumping music, but other days I like to listen to rock music because it calms me down.

If I am in the mood to listening to rock music, one of my favorite songs would have to be "Slow Dance" by Framing Hanley. For some reason this song is just so amazing to me. I could never get tired of listening to this song. There is just something about it. It's a really cute song, it shows me that nothing is out of your reach, if you just try hard enough you can get it. This song is about a high class girl, being with a boy who is not so high class, some times it may not make since to people who get something that they never thought they could but it always feels good to have that something you never thought would be in your life.

I believe that everyone reacts to songs very differently. Then others and some may even be offended by some of the things that the singers say. They may even get very violent. I believe that you should be very selective about the music that you enjoy. Before you make the decision about what music you like, make sure you listen to a variety of stations and a lot of songs just make sure that you will like the music, and then make sure to find which radio station is best for your taste in music.

I believe that every song can affect your life. They can also affect your emotions and the way you act. If you get offended easily adding violent music would not be a good thing to listen to. So it is important to be careful of what you listen to, because you don't want your own story to be a tragedy, like so many songs. I believe in music.
