I Believe in Sleep by Brett Shaw

As you slowly lie down and shut your eyes your body slowly starts to fade from your control and you become totally relaxed. You soon shut down the mind as well; everything you were worrying about during the day drifts away. You are falling asleep. I believe in sleep.

I believe in sleep for many reasons. One reason is that sleeping feels good. There's an amazing feeling that you get when you lay down to sleep after a hard days work. This feeling is just so nice and relaxing, especially when you first cover up with those nice and toasty blankets! Also just lying in the dark feels good, especially on the eyes, we use our eyes for everything during the day and it feels good to give them a break. I believe in sleep.

I believe in sleep because it's good for you. Without sleep we would not be able to function in our daily lives. When we sleep it restores our energy that we used during the day, and for a lot of us we need as much energy back as possible! It has been proven that we need 7-9 hours of sleep a night, and if you don't it is unhealthy for you. I believe in sleep.

I believe in sleep because it makes you happy. People very rarely ever wake up mad, unless you didn't get enough sleep. Even if they went to bed the night before mad, people will most always wake up happy. This is because your body becomes relaxed and your mind will shut off the angry thinking. I believe in sleep.

In conclusion I believe in sleep for many reasons. I believe because it feels good, it's good for you, and when you sleep it makes you happy. So remember just lay down close your eyes and let go of everything and slowly drift away into a nice relaxing sleep. I believe in sleep.
