I Believe in Fighting by Tyler Waegli

Fighting, it's a word you hear everyday. We are always hearing a rumor about who beat up whom or from which country defeated each other, fighting is a part of everyday life. Some people may not realize it but its not only humans who fight, but so do animals, plants and even nature, trying to fight off the bad chemicals that the human race is spreading around the world. I will explain why people fight, the different sports of fighting and finally I will talk about natures fight for survival.

In this world both humans and animals fight for dominance from war, deciding who gets what land or which male wolf is best suited to lead the pack. Along with this there are many different ways to engage in fighting. Hand to hand, claw to claw, gun to gun, gun to fist, claw to fist, claw to gun, but with all these choice to fight, comes the question why fight at all? The answer is a simple and yet the logical answer its instinct. Instinct, almost all know about it and yet with the world changing and saying how bad fighting is, everyone seems to forget the most basic thing about instinct in humans. Fighting, whether it is to be the best or if it is for dominance, the instinct to fight is in everyone.

Some people may not want to fight, but in the end people can't help but throw a punch, kick, or even a small slap across the face. People fight in sports, tackling in football, and punching in boxing. Sports are another form of fighting. For example, boxing is a world wide sport that both men and women play. But, what some people don't see is that even in a sport like volleyball, hitting the ball towards the other side and trying to score a point is like point a gun at a target. It's a non-aggressive way of fighting, just like in softball, baseball etc. In a way, if any will look close enough they can fight in the most basic of sports, you just have to be willing to see fighting, as it is there!

Another part of fighting in this world is the spread of human advancement in technology and nature trying to survive the torture that we place on it's shoulder. Everyone knows were hurting the planet, but some may not know but the earths way of fighting against it is the violent hurricanes, tornados, constant rain showers, etc., this up is the constant proof of nature bringing about more and more major disasters such as more hurricanes in the gulf coast, each year they're more and more hurricanes and each one is stronger then the ones before it. I find it sad how humans think that even the little things can help the earth recover, when all we have to do is stop advancing, not forever just for a few years, but humans due to countries trying to compete for the better technology and advancement. We can't see the damage that we are doing to the planet, and it is honesty very sad.

Fighting is all over the planet, from playing a video game with friends. To fighting on the front lines in a war. No matter where you look you will see fighting. Examples of fighting and playing card games or video games, getting into a fist fight or into an argument. There are many different ways to engage in a fight and ways to solve a fight. In the end who ever wins the fight either in a talk or in a fist fight, the one who wins will always to be the victor. Nature revolves around a lot of things, such as breathing, reproducing, and even fighting, but people don't seem to understand the importance of fighting. As for me, it comes natural for me to fight, like several hundred million other people around the world. I won't say fighting isn't dangerous. Fighting is the way we as humans, the animals, and even mother nature are involved in and communicate. I believe in fighting.
