I Believe in Family! by Michelle Warren

I was a person who did not always care about family. I was one of those people who did what they always wanted. I was a person who never helped the family with anything around the house. I just thought they were just people to give you things whenever you wanted it. I thought they were only taking care of you to keep themselves happy.

I did not realize how much family is important. But then something happened and I lost some of my family. I realized it when I was a 12th grader at Seward High School, looking for the college and getting things ready for college. It was in the month of March when I really realized that family is important. They are always there when you need them especially when you are down. They will always help you.

They do not just get things that you want whenever you want it. They do not just take care of you to keep themselves happy. They take care of you because they love and really care about you. They like to see you turn out the way you do and they like to see how good they did of raising you. They always want to be able to help you to be the best you can be!

A family tries their best to keep you safe from as much harm as possible. They are always trying their best to help you get ready for the world. They always do things for you if you need them to do something. They are always there for you during the hard times. They will always help you in life as much as possible.

Family is now the most important thing to me now. Also they have helped me through tough times and sad times. People that are my friends have become part of my family. I may not like them sometimes but I will still love and care about them. They will always be there for me when I need them. I believe in family, because they believe in me!
